Film and Video: Capital

This section is focused on exposing the multitudes of different styles of film and video that are coming out at the present moment. From experimental shorts to larger films, our goal is to cover interesting, interrogative, and experimental works that represent the cutting edge of the medium as we know it. Different exposíƒ ©s will include Scratch Video, Video Painting, Shorts, Animations, Flash, Audio/Visual, and other creative forms from both the past and present. Each issue will feature a different genre, and take on video today. The film commentary section will focus on short reviews of films from festivals, dvd, as well as past films seminal to our time.
